Trouble is, his image may actually work for him. Jeeze.
Anyone who flies Ryanair by choice IS stupid, as far as I'm concerned. In that sense, I agree with him.
Wow he is a very to the point, so to speak.
Funny part being that for the most part he is right. Ryanair is known world-wide for being the champion of the fee for everything approach.
If you are too stupid to look into the small print and bypass all the negative publicity for Ryanair because you found a fare for "only" 10 Euros* than you deserve what you get.
It's like complaining that you didn't get the seats you wanted on SWA after checking in 45 mins prior to departure, sorry no sympathy here.
* No firsthand knowledge of Ryanair's price structure, just assuming they advertise like Spirit does.
He is a class a d-bag only surpassed by the Spirit Air ceo who had no sympathy for a dying veteran.
Well, it is the king of budget airlines in Europe. Don't expect great customer service (or any customer service, really) when you're dropping 80 Euros for a flight Germany to Dublin. But yeah, he seems like a royal scumbag.
