    Of course it's to be expected, as Mr. Ryan changed his mind about having customers fly standing up only, and then paying 1 GB pound (or was it a Euro) to use the lavs. Those fuller fights and additional TP fees would have more than made up for the higher fuel and other sundry expenses and shown a hefty profit instead of declining earnings for the first time in five years. Too bad he didn't go with his first thoughts instead of second-guessing himself this time.
