Ryanair now generates more than a fifth of all its revenue through so-called ancillary sales such as baggage and administration fees, the airline's latest financial results show.
The share of Ryanair sales that comes from extra fees for checked-in baggage, priority boarding, changes to bookings, food and drink sold on-board and a host of other services has risen to almost 22 per cent.
It follows a 15 per cent rise in the value of these 'ancillary' sales to £223.9million. That compares to overall revenues of £1billion.

I wonder how much revenue Ryanair gets from airport subsidies, and if these two ledger items are greater than their ticketing revenue. Of course, that doea not account for their concession, mag and lotto sales on board! :p

Ryanair remains one of the master who understand how to nickel and dime! Sadly, people accept it, or worse, have to accept it in many cases!:(
