    1. Somehow I doubt that Ryanair really wishes to apologize.

    2. It wouldn't surprise me if they do only own one, considering how they nickel and dime their passengers to no end.

    What surprises me most (the check-in part doesn't really surprise me much at all) is this part...
    How did that conversation go when someone suggested that they not allow any new reservations to be booked for a 48 hour period?

    Wow, if someone doesn't visit their website to learn this in advance, they will be charged to do the check in at the airport? This seems so unfair as people could quite reasonably not check the website until they try to check in Friday night for a Saturday flight or on Saturday for a Sunday morning flight. If they plan to charge the fee, they really need to send an email to all passengers who have reservations/tickets for this weekend.

    Well, that would assume that Ryanair actually gave a damn about their customers.

    Actually, I think they do give a damn about getting the customer's money. That's the only aspect of their customers that they care about. And, although I'd never fly them in a million years, lots of people still seem willing to. :rolleyes: :confused:
