We've already got Spirit, what do we need Ryanair for?

It's more about the Ryanair wants to offer transatlantic flights which Spirit does not plan to offer, but at the moment it seems we're eons away before Ryanair will ever begin such a service, this news swirls on the airwaves for ages now. I guess, only time will tell what Ryanair will offer and what not. Regarding Spirit, now they can plan to be even "better" in what they do, or not do, but should. My advice, avoid both airlines at all costs.
