But what's the deal with the links you used for Conrad or Hilton in your post above? Why does "Hilton" not just link to http://www.hilton.com -- what is this http://www.tkqlhce.com/ domain you route the clicks through? According to whois the domain belongs to a company called ValueClick, now apparently known as "Conversant" -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conversant

(credit to WA for pointing this out in another thread of the OP)

Simple I pay for my own reviews, the clicks are from Hilton Affiliate program, so I get some small change but I keep my free press and real reviews.
I earn about $25 dollar a month to keep my cost low and pay my website. Its not a job.
Some other blogger do this at a large bigger scale with posting credit-card deals etc.

Haven't seen anyone post referral links for credit cards here. On their blogs, yes. That's their site to use however they see fit. But you are posting on someone else's site.

The other thing is that you are doing this without disclosing it, which may very well be in violation of FTC rules. (since you mentioned the credit car bloggers, you surely have seen the disclaimers they have all sprinkled over their sites and posts advising users that they benefit financially from links I might click on).
