Does anybody know if it is possible to Rev Up an award ticket?
Generally no but sometimes the Kiosk will sell Upgrades but that's not supposed to happen on Award tickets.
REVUP in the context of flight to/from HNL has historically been possible with award flights AFAIK. Fare-Ups on award flights have also been offered quite regularly, though I do not know what the fare basis is which is used for the calculation.
Thanks, that's exactly what I'm hoping, perhaps Mr chicking will be generous!
Yes I REVUP from HNL before, but never on an award ticket; now I'm curious wondering the fare basis for Fare-Ups.
Thanks for the info.
The old United used to regularly allow Award Tickets to be upgraded at Miles + Cash i.e 35,000 for Business Class + $470 for upgrade to First Class as an example.
