Do you still have your boarding pass stubs? Those will have your seat #s. Perhaps an email of your iitinerary, or pulling up the past itinerary on whatever site it was booked through, will show seat #s?

Where did you book the tickets?

If you no longer have the email confirmation of your itinerary, most booking services will let you pull up your itinerary even after it's been completed. And most of those will show seat numbers.

In a worst case, I'd bet if you enter the seat #s wrong it won't ultimately preclude your receiving credit, but others may correct me on that score.

I have a similar question on this subject. Making a long story short, my wife and i purchased RT tickets on Spanair this past April to fly coach MAD>BCN. I have been credited for the return portion BCN>MAD on my Continental Onepass Acct but not the outbound MAD>BCN. Even though I purchased Spanair tickets, it turns out the outbound flight MAD>BCN was a codeshare with Air Europa!! WE couldnt check in @ Spanair but had to check in @ Air Europa! I think the fact that Air Europa is Skyteam member might have something to do with it.

I have email confirmation, PNR, and my boarding pass stub.

What direction should I go to get credit??
