A newly renovated concourse at the airport serving Cincinnati and northern Kentucky is offering more passenger amenities in a bid to recover and increase business in the wake of flight cuts by airlines.
The concourse, closed since 2010, is set to open Tuesday at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport in Hebron, Ky.

Air carriers other than Delta Air Lines will operate from the renovated concourse while the airport's dominant carrier will remain at the other concourse.

The $36.5 million renovation is intended to expand service amid concern by the regional business community over the loss of hundreds of daily flights in recent years.
The airport says the renovated concourse offers more dining and shopping options and workstations featuring free wireless and outlets for recharging electronic devices.
