    - ANA is revamping its in-flight service on international flights based on the brand concept of “Inspiration of Japan” from March 1, 2011.
    - Previously on the menu, ANA’s original parfait has proved extremely popular with passengers and as a result it has been re-introduced to the menu.
    - In First Class, a new range of Thann brand amenities are being introduced.
    - In Economy Class, Western menu options will be added to the original Japanese menu line-up of ‘donburi’ (bowl meals), ‘teishoku’ (set-meals), and ‘bento’ (box meals), with ice cream served as a dessert.

They do need new F amenities. The current hand cream single use 'tube' is really not up to F standards.

Just got off a NRT-MUC flight....sterling service and the food was outrageous! Never a cart in the aisle....and there were at least 6 FA in the cabin during meals and at least 2 all other times. They seemed to have gotten the order as you wish whenever you want thing down pat (at least this flight).

6 CA during meal service in F? Isn't that a bit too much? Probably C?

If NH is doing meal service in C without carts, that's a big improvement indeed!

Yeah. it was C class, 70 of 77 seats taken on the flight I took! I counted 6 FA (including one Male FA from Europe) during meals and 2 that were always present in the cabin. No carts....
