Stayed here twice last year. This is a convenient hotel located about a mile from PHL. A hotel shuttle is available for airport pickup. It is set on a large property surrounded by wildlife preserve area and a very large open parking lot. Parking is free for hotel guests. Coming from the airport, the hotel is about 1/4 mile off the freeway and bit challenging to find in the dark. Driving from the hotel into Philadelphia, which is about 8 miles/15 minutes away, you drive about 3/4 mile through a neighborhood to the freeway onramp.

It was likely a former Embassy Suites, as the interior looks much like that, with an open lobby going from first floor to the 12 floor - 297 rooms. There is a Club Lounge open to Golds and Platinum elite members during the week; on weekends breakfast coupons are issued to these members for the Sanctuary Restaurant which is open for B/L/D. We didn't get a chance to visit the Lounge; the restaurant fare was acceptable. There is a gift store that is well supplied with food/snack items, and a small business center.

The rooms were comfortable, medium sized, standard full service Marriott features and bedding. There haven't been noticeable recent renovations, but most areas were in decent shape. The pluses of this hotel are the convenient and ample parking and location in an uncrowded area that was convenient to city and airport, as well as a comfortable room that was consistent with Marriott standards.
