Thanks! This will come in handy - there's one just down the street from my main client.

Interesting, there does not appear to be anything about the membership automatically renewing and having to pay for it once the year is free?

I am not sure how many people know this and I am not sure how to systematically find this information, but some locations of Regus apparently provide discounts at the nearby hotels. Last year I got a ~35% discount on Radisson in Stockholm compared to Radisson's own rates. Looking through their site, that seems to be available in other places and is dependent on which hotel is nearby, not just one chain.

More likely they will send you a statement at the end of first year and the you will decide to keep it or not. The membership card they will send you will have an expiration date.

Never new that. Thanks. So, how can you find out on what hotel offers what discount? How did you find out about Radisson Stockholm?

I found out about the Stockholm (not Stockholm proper, but just outside in Solna) when I asked our sales guy to get a reservation for me and his rate was lower than what I was getting through Radisson.

From what I gathered so far, you can see it on some of the web pages of the office spaces. But, the place where I stayed does not have it on their page

    http://www.regus.com/locations/SE/Solna/StockholmFrosundavik.htm?product=Offices

Example that does: Santiago location has discounts to Holiday Inn and Intercontinental

Great info. will be checking descriptions of the office spaces more carefully. One more question, how do you go around booking?

Did this a while back. There is no expiration date on the card.

I've never used this, but some DL FFs get a membership for free.
