In my seat in first class on a regional jet for the first time and I must say this is nice. I like this seat better than any domestic plane in the fleet outside of the new A321s. Now if they will just add fleet wide wifi I will be happy :)

The E175 has a great ERJ first class cabin. If you have been in first on an E190, it will seem very familiar, minus one row.

My seat 2A on crj700 had more legroom than the 757 to Hawaii. Very good product!

My favorite in the regional fc is 3a - that way i can recline and not worry about the seat behind me.

This is exactly the reason I pick the last row in the new express first. Two if I'm traveling with my girlfriend and one for myself if I'm alone. The lack of a bulkhead helps the first row of coach as well.

I like that the FAs seems more attentive on the RJs. Probably that new First shine that will wear off in a little bit. :)

I think they are just brand new so don't know what they can and can't get away with. They're just following protocol more. Eventually they'll get used to the new service and only the good FAs will continue to provide excellent service, while the bad FAs will just go through the motions.

Plus it's not like they can hide and do sudoku in First Class with such a small cabin :p.

Fresh off an E170 in 1D this evening, I must say that I prefer the E175. Both myself and the guest on my right had a preflight beverage, and the pull-out tray on the center console wasn't large enough for two plastic cups. A small gripe, #firstworldproblem, etc, but it still caused an awkward moment when we both tried to set our cups down. Service was still great (it was an Express flight operated by Republic).

I definitely felt like I got a *lot* of attention in FC on a regional. My last 4 flights in FC on domestic US metal I felt like a king. 2 of the 4 times the attendant wanted to know my first name and called me by that the entire flight, from "Welcome Aboard E" to "Thank you so much for flying with us E"...I was impressed. I wish I had obtained their names for the Above and Beyond, I thought they were very attentive.
