I am at the LAX RCC tonight and there are a couple of changes that I like:

All the draft beers are complimentary - including Stella Artois and Newcastle Brown Ale!

It appears that the wireless internet no longer requires a login

The usual UA snacks, including veggies, remain available.

I suppose I should have added that the glasses for draft beer have shrunk to the small CO size

About time. I don't mind tipping the bartender a few times to refill the glass.

That is a good change indeed. I always thought it was kind of strange having free Coors though if you wanted a Bud you would have to pony up $5 and then whatever for the more "premium" ones. Glad to see it makes some sense now.

As long as the Milanos and Chess Men cookies are still at LAX... Me, though, I'm happiest there when the coffee machine actually works.

Have they cleaned the bathrooms in the Red Carpet Clubs in ORD? I find those are heinous.

Cool. I will be there on Friday, and I was starting to stress out over the possibility of having to ask for two scratch cards -- one for my laptop (so I can work), and one for my iPad (so I can play). I just got the iPad, and it's the first time I'm flying with 2 devices for which I will simultaneously need wifi access. I wasn't sure if the scratch cards only worked with one device at a time.

I'm so glad to see the scratch cards go :)

I'm always looking for a coin to scratch it off, I try never to carry change with me if possible.

They only work with one device. Once you log in the code is locked to the device's MAC address.

Now my wife (an AC Super Elite) can get WiFi without begging. Maybe AC will now lift their log-on in the MLLs.

Now, if we can get the "CO Side" of the United Clubs to serve the food offerings of the "UA Side", we'll be progressing nicely!:)

This is a change I like. Now I just hope we don't see an end to the good regional beer selection (Anchor Steam in SFO, CO micros in DEN, etc.).

+1 CO PCs seem to have mainly Heineken and Dos Equis. Regional microbrews are definitely nice to have.

Hopefully the Ziegenbock in TX and Amber Bock elsewhere stick around...

Aren't those brewed by Anheuser Busch? I was thinking of more craft beers like Anchor Steam or Brooklyn or Harpoon or Red Hook...

I agree with you re:craft beers, and hope they add more, but it doesn't take away from the fact that the Amber/Ziegenbock are good beers! :D

What isn't brewed by InBev/A-B or SAB/Miller these days?

Yep. They're also terribly wasteful and messy.

I'd finally start getting excited about beers in the clubs if we saw any of those start to appear.
