    Good Morning,

I flew LHR-FCO-LHR over the Thanksgiving weekend on AZ - tickets were booked on AZ's website. While AZ had my DL FF# in the reservation, it did not identify my being SkyTeam Elite Plus. I did need my DM card to use the Biz/Elite check in and gain access to the lounges during my trip.

I'm not sure if this happens for other SkyTeam partners, but figured I'd post this for anyone flying AZ in the future!

Excellent advisement in any event rwoman to always carry your credentials with you. Not only AZ, also for example LH in FRA have questioned access to many a customer because they don't have their credentials with them. I really doubt the AZ system can recognize DL FF# as elite/non-elite by the way AFAIK.

Right - I just find it a bit ironic that AZ cannot do so while AFKL have no issue doing so. ;)

This same applies on OW. WHen a BA Silver/Gold, I needed my card to get into the Admirals's club, even though the status was on my boarding pass.
