I had an EU flight delay, and the airline refused my first compensation claim under EC regulation 261/2004. I'm considering using an intermediary.

Can you point me at any hard data on the success rates of different ones? Or even just personal experiences? Which ones actually go to bat after the first easy "no"?

I used Euclaim.nl many years ago. They work on a "no cure, no pay" basis and they take all the work out of your hands. They also have an English site at euclaim.co.uk. They have a success rate of 97%.

I also used them years ago. They kept at it until they got recognition and payment.
