Hi Everyone, On average, I rent a car in ATL every other month or so...I've been AVIS First for a while, but never seen any apparent benefit to it. A couple of weeks ago, I arrived to pick up a car. In the end, I was on my 4th car by the time I left the rental car facility...dirty, stained, high mileage, broken, etc. The agents were helpful, but it definitely took some patience in finding a relatively clean compact car (with Bluetooth) with less than 20k miles. I completed the email survey indicating the good service but car-related challenges. Yesterday, Avis sent an email with $25 off, a free upgrade, or a free day on a 2-day rental....I think this is the first time I've received a response for a survey.
