In O'Hare RCC right now. They replaced the cubed cheese back to the old individually-wrapped Tillamook pieces.

Should I ask for compensation because of this change?

thinking thats an upgrade. At least I won't have to compete for it like the rest of their upgrades.

is it the 'CO'mbination of Cheddar and Monterrey Jack or is the tasty sharp cheddar included as well?

I hate the waste of individually wrapped cheeses and crackers, but it beats the d-bag reaching into the dispenser with is bare hands

Perhaps we should all get compensation, whether with cubes of white and orange stuff or with sweaty white and orange rectangles, for being led to believe that they are cheese when in fact they are manufactured garbage.

Tillamook cheese isn't garbage. It's not artisanal, but it's way, way above the Krafts of the world.

I never ate the cubed cheese... it is very unsanitary and a waste. Besides I like to grab a few packs for the plane.

The wrapped cheese always fit the crackers better.

I've seen people fill an entire plate stacked two or three high with the cheese cubes. And they weren't taking much other food, which you'd think they'd do if they hadn't eaten all day. What's the deal, do these people not have cheese where they come from?

I like breakfast changes though: bagels and mini muffins instead of toast.

BTW, there are also Walkers shortbread cookies.

No combination pieces, just the sharp cheddar and monterey jack things, as it was before.

FWIW, LAX RCC still has cubes and packaged carrots.

SFO RCC still has toast, but they have added mini muffins to the mix. And the yogurt has now been miniaturized to match the size of the muffins.

I was at the RCC both during breakfast and when the switched over at 11:00 to the regular fare.

They had the bagels and muffins there. Muffins were mini, but the bagels were definitely not mini. They weren't as big as say at Panera Bread, but they definitely weren't the mini-kind.

    SEA had cheese cubes.

DEN East had Tilamook medium cheddar and Jack cheese. (blah)

Also noticed Walker's shortbread at both which I'm happy about.
