    As one of the comments said, how can GE benefit a million people but only have a quarter million members? Also, the statistic of about 40,000 person hours saved seems low. That's only the equivalent of less than twenty FT positions for a year, which doesn't seem like much when spread over all the airports with GE, roughly one CBP employee per airport to be better used as the result of the GE program.
