Anyone found a really cheap Radisson hotel rate?

Using the AAA rate and promo code LMD25OFF I can stay in Raleigh, NC for $59.52 but I have to book by tonight for the promo code to work.

Anyone else found a better rate?

    You're getting 50,000 points for $59 and you're not satisfied? I spent $90 +, and I'm thrilled.

I don't think its likely you'll find a better rate. I can't even get Country Inn at that rate - jump on it!

If you can, start a master thread on the property and post your review in the Other Hotel Programs forum.

Cash and points can be cheaper, but it's pretty ridiculous to be wanting even lower rate at $59.92. That's not much higher than Motel 6 around here.

Yeah, I paid $75 with taxes included three times. Once for myself, wife, and mother-inlaw; once they post they all get transferred to my account ;) .0015 for each point!

I just spent $91 at LAX and im quite happy. That and they gave me a room upgrade just for being nice to the employee at the check in desk. Now I just need to stretch those miles for the longest time....

There should be a link by the "Search" or "Search Again" button that says "More Search Options".

Hmm... I don't think the rate is available on all Radissons. Oh well!

It worked for me for a stay in the Moline, Illinois Radisson, just this past Sunday, 10/Dec The points have been posted already to my wife's account. But you might want to look at the best rate option too. I booked a stay at the same hotel for me, for 30/Dec and the best rate option was 77 A/I and the AAA rate was $98

I just read over in the Flyertalk thread that CC is having website glitches with this promo, and you should call Club Carlson and ask them to give you this promo via phone.

No Radissons anywhere near me at the moment.

Does anyone know how to do a ghost stay?

    Any hints would be appreciated.;)

Does anyone know that this is legit? This is my plan as well, however I thought I read in the T&C that they limit something like 40k per year to transfer, for each account. Has anyone tried to consolidate the 50k+ points into a single account with success? What is the process if so?...........Thanks

I'm not sure that anybody has... right now everyone is concentrating in hoarding points from the promo I think :)

I saw on their site that there's no cost for transferring points, but I don't remember seeing any restrictions on how many could be transferred. I guess that's important too for people "managing" multiple accounts.

    Agreed..........thanks for the reply

Edit...........according to Ric there is a 40k limit per year to buy or transfer into an account per year. This is how I interpret it. http://boardingarea.com/blogs/loyal...nd-transferring-hotel-points-for-hotel-stays/

All you have to do is call Club Carlson customer service, and they will transfer points for you. I don't believe there is any limit.

The original thread has some reports from various people. The general consensus is that it's a week or two at the most -- in my case it was 9 days I think? Maybe less.
