Quick way to find cheap mileage runs

    Google Flights has a new "explore feature."

    I used this today to find a quick Dublin+Zurich flight for $600. [ORD-EWR-DUB, DUB-ZRH [22hr layover]-ORD].

    It allows for you to select by alliance so this would be very helpful for those who are looking to requalify [and didn't have the cash spend requirement].

    They don't have Qatar integrated into OneWorld yet, as their cheaper flights aren't showing up.

    Now that's a handy tool (even if it's not perfect). And not just for mileage runs, either; it could be quite handy for cash-strapped folks who are willing to be a bit flexible in their destinations in order to save some significant money.
