Question Regarding Chase Hyatt 2 Free Nights for family member.

    Hey guys I just booked 2 nights at the grand hyatt in hong kong. I gave them my father's name as well and I'm not sure if I need to be present for this. I received 2 email confirmations, one with my name for both nights, and one with his for the first night. Do I need to be present for this? I intended for him and my grandfather to stay there together. Thanks!

    Technically, these nights are not transferrable - to be on the safe side, you should do the checkin.
