This [link=http://www.qantas.com.au/travel/airlines/same-day-no-mistake/global/en]just launched on the QF website[/quote] in the last 24hrs.

Good to see they are formalising this, however they really need to pick up their game with international ticketing and PNR issuance to ensure the customer can catch these errors within the free change window.

Yeah, it has been common knowledge around Qantas FF one had 'same day' opportunity to correct such errors. (Used it myself a couple of times :p)

Good to know the base criteria.

I've had to make use of this on the odd occasion. I always thought that they waived the fees because of status. But it makes me really happy to hear that this is something that they do across the board. :)

This is good publicity positive move for the airline.

Maybe that now need to think about the maggots in the peanuts issue.

    Qantas don't serve peanuts.

And the 'maggots' were apparently meal moth larvae.

Oh that's great then. Moth larvae would be no issue at all. Storm in a teacup then.
