Problems with IHG Website?

    Hi Everyone,

    Has anybody else been having problems with the IHG websites? I have not been able to log into priorityclub.com, holidayinn.com, or priorityclubshopping.com.

    Thanks for your thoughts!

    There's a thread on FT indicating there are massive issues right now...and have been for a couple of days...:mad: For now, Hilton is getting my biz in BOS next month...

    Same here, and I can get to the welcome page for crowneplaza.com, but it goes to the page not found screen whenever I try to do a search for hotels

    No, serious, ongoing problems with PC sites (all of them). Was finally able to get in around 2 am this morning to make award booking at IC Amstel in Amsterdam but no email confirmation received. Have tried several times today & just about to call CS to see if they can help. Their sites have been having issues for at least last 2 weeks that I know of...last few days just horrid.

    According to Ambassador line, entire website is down. Guess I'll go see what's the latest on Twitter.

    Good luck and report back if they're at all useful. Last time I checked, their 'presence' was still posting unusable links back to their broken websites. :eek:

    Seriously, they've got to know this is costing them money. I really, really want to stay at an InterContinental when I'm in Tokyo next month, but I don't need the stay with PC (I hope, anyway) to keep RA for another year, so to reduce the aggravation, Hyatt is going to get business this time. Their site has its own issues, to be sure, but at least I can make reservations there!

    Some DL IT personnel must have slipped away from ATL and apparently offered their "best in class" help to IC Hotels. DL must have finally rounded them all back up and got them back in their cages.

    Oooh! Maybe they're finally fixing that ridiculously useless section once and for all!

    [edit] oops, no they're not. I can get in to mine and it's still full of expired promos and have of what I'm registered for doesn't show. Oh well.

    no, DL is just something that does not work like it is supposed to, but is still somewhat functional in appearance. They must have hired the brains behind .bomb after new management fired the UA website team

    Some where the UA and NWA people are hiding out. If some startup airline hired that group, I could only imagine the awesome site that would exist.

    All my reservations were coming up at call for details, but I found that if I search for the reservation by putting in the confirm # at the bottom of that screen, I can do whatever I want to a reservation.

    You can also use mobile.priorityclub.com to access them.

    BTW, using Chrome on the standard site, I get Quick Access button on the top to see my points and recent + or -'s to them.

    But I'm amazed how bad the main site is right now for the accounts.
