Problems accessing account.

    Anyone facing same issue?

    I am unable to login to my HHonors account for the past few hours. It keeps saying my password is wrong. When I used the Forgot Password tool, it says my email is wrong too.

    This is so irritating, cant book my hotels today at sunday15feb.
    Also finding points and rewards stays are nowhere to found.
    Pfff, what a mess (again)

    I went in to run an experiment.

    It stops me at the reCaptcha step. I can enter the offered numbers, but the system will not advance beyond that point.
    For now, I'm going to presume that they're doing their somewhat regular Sunday site maintenance.

    They are almost always doing maintenance on Sundays. Sometimes they would display an informational notice. Usually they do not, which makes no sense, since it would be so easy to let members know that a scheduled maintenance outage is in progress...

    It seems to be working for me now at around 8:45 am.
