I haven't quite worked out how many PMs/Conversations you can store on MP but I am also interested in how long or how many PM/IMs you keep.

Over on FT you could keep 500 or if you signed up for Flyertalk Premium you could get up to 2,500.

So how many do you keep before you start deleting them.

I had over 500 PMs on FT and plan to get under 100.

Maybe some people don't save them at all.

    Just interested in others opinions.

I don't save most of them, but I tend to use them for things like reminders of events, more than for actual conversations.

I do! Well I clean up once a year or so. And Spam will be deleted at once.

I don't have many PMs so I just leave them.

On email I do keep each and every email but not in my inbox. They all have a folder that I store them in. You never know when you'll need one IMO.

I don't have all that many and it makes a handy little address book if I want to PM somebody I've previously been in contact with.

So far I have kept them all except for some I deleted for tested purposes of the feature. But I wish we had the ability to create sub-conversation-folders to categorize them in.

I usually keep a years worth of emails for work and that is over 7,000, the spam ones get deleted straight away.

I actually I would do that at the beginning of each year, just been a bit late this year but I also just purchased a new laptop so I am deleting a bit more than usual, cleans the mind and the hard drive so to speak.
