    US Airways just won a preliminary injunction against the USAPA over the work slowdown that has been orchestrated by the East pilots.

    And the drama continues...

    I feel like it's going to take 20 more years until everyone who worked at US at the time of the merger has retired before this all gets resolved...

    It's sad that the union sees their only leverage in disrupting operations and poisoning the customer base.

    Unfortunately it is stun ts like this that prove to me the only value US Airways has are the physical assets. Selling them all off might be the only way to salvage the airline.

    Indeed... The East Pilots have a lot to lose for and that is why they are being difficult thus far in this merger and the East does not wish to fly with "scab" pilots on the West side as well...there's too many reasons that USAPA refuses to accept the original arbitration decision.
