    Fantastic video. Thanks for sharing!

    Seeing all the paperwork involved makes it more clear to me why so many airlines are starting to move to the iPad and electronic flight bags for the pilots.

    A shoeshine machine...what wasteful extravagance! No wonder AC loses money. But 200K litres of fuel means AC must net at least $700 a passenger on its longest flight (i.e. YVR-SYD) just to cover the fuel bill! That pretty much means the rest of the freight is covered from those in the premium cabin.

    A shoe buffer as an extravagance? not a big fan of clean shoes? I'm sure YOU can point to AC's woes back to its shoe buffer.

    Those are not uncommon in hotels ... at least not outside of North America!

    Yes, but did you see all the linens/blankets that they were loading on the plane? Try finding those on a United flight :(
