Posting Award Stay Credit Problems (Westin LAX)

    Twice now, I have redeemed an award stay at the Westin LAX and twice the stay credit has failed to appear... Have not had this problem at other properties.

    Has anyone else experienced something similar? If so, where?

    Maybe we can have a list of problem properties so people know where to be vigilant about getting credit on award stays.

    I've had the problem occasionally at other hotels, but usually the hotel, or SPG team can resolve it within a day or two. Just went through the same thing at Sheraton Royal Orchid, but I emailed SPG and they took care of it within about 5 hours.

    I usually stay down the street at the Sheraton, but have also stayed at the Westin. Have never had any issues with night credits posting as they should. I agree with VGP, contact the *wood team and have them fix the issue!
