    Hi,

We're looking to so some diving in the archipelago soon. Is there any reliable way to book domestic flights on Merpati, Lion, or Batavia using a US-issued credit card and not a bank transfer with fee?

Last time we just bought tickets at the office at CGK with cash, but this obviously took time, cost a forex fee, earned no points, and probably didn't allow us to buy the "advance" fare. It was, however, a good first opportunity to practice speaking bahasa ind. :)

    Thanks for any help

Probably not much help, but Lion actually has a good working website which should accept US-issued credit card. A colleague (American) had used it a few times before to buy tickets for SIN-CGK hops.
