Looks very different from other models.

    Hopefully it's not a China-made fake one :p

Very cool, but I still think Blackberry is going to struggle...they need to stop following and start innovating.

I prefer Blackberry to others for heavy duty email use. My personal solution is a Blackberry and iPad.

The iPod/iPad/iPhone is a music/game player with email/phone added. Blackberry is the opposite...an email machine plus phone...with games/music added. I'll be one of the last guys standing with a Blackberry.

Blackberry, however, is to Canada what Nokia is to Finland....a former leader and now a dying bread.

I'll go one step further and say I've never had any trouble sending or receiving an email w/ a BB device. Androids, iphones, symbians (and I'm using three of the four currently) - every now and then, usually at critical times, there's always something or the other screwed with either sending, receiving or being notified of email. Just my experience.

I am a frequent BB user- however Android is looking more interesting all the time. RIM really hit the nail on the head with email- however the OS of the phone, the way browsing works, and the buggy way that applications work really annoys me.

    ^ ^ ^ ^ Yeah, that.

For email, BB is superior. I dislike the touch-screen keyboards of android/iWhatever. For other stuff - browsing, etc, I have a strong preference for the android/iPad. The security, for work purposes, is better on the BB. So, I have BB for work, android for personal phone, and iPad for personal other stuff. Sub-optimal in terms of number of devices, optimal performance.
