Any restaurant suggestions? I have a short trip coming up and I've only flown into Portland to drive elsewhere. First time getting the opportunity to grab dinner in PDX.

I can't help with dinner, but if you have the time check out Voodoo donuts.

Stanford's at the airport is great, they have other locations including the Lloyd Center --- or the Rock Bottom downtown.

    All reachable by Max

I'm going there next month and was given these to check out (I'm a dessert fan)
-Jake's famous crawfish seafood and their "bag of chocolate" dessert to not miss
-papa Haydn for dessert (they have food too)
    -obviously voodoo donuts
I also found great resources on twitter as oregon and portland tourism has local experts to help with queries -I hash tagged Portland and Oregon
    Hope this helps

We ended up doing Jake's and were very pleased. Voodoo donuts as well. I'll write up something more detailed soon.
