http://www.clickondetroit.com/news/28308524/detail.html Atlantic Southeast Airlines said there was a broken toilet on a flight Tuesday from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport to Detroit. The airline said staff were concerned that the toilet was vandalized. This prompted the airline to request law enforcement meet the plane when it landed in Detroit. Federal investigators said it was a "maintenance issue," while the airline called it vandalism in a statement. “Atlantic Southeast Flight 5201 from Dallas-Fort Worth to Detroit requested law enforcement meet the aircraft as a precautionary measure after vandalism of the lavatory was discovered during flight," the airline said in a statement. "The flight landed safely and we are cooperating with the Detroit Airport Authority and the TSA as they investigate further.” The FBI said as flight attendants were checking the plane for landing they could not open the door to the bathroom. They were concerned that someone was locking the door from the inside, the FBI said.
