Plane makes emergency landing at Louisville International, skids off runway

    How odd. One can still use differential prop reversing without hydraulics, which should keep the aircraft on the runway. However there are two independent hydraulic systems and an emergency process after that. This is a most unusual set of events, on the face of the report.
