I, unfortunately, was not on this flight. I do know a few folks who were though. They shared some photos from the flight (thanks to the inflight wifi) and I thought some would like to see them. No much, but a bit of fun. :)

J seat with pajama set. Looks like the IFE welcome screen will feature a smiling FA much like foreign carriers.

That's AA CEO Tom Horton serving passengers champagne. ;)

Full stocked self serve bar/kitchen during flight. Fresh fruit, parfait, wraps, sandwiches, cheese and crackers, etc. Looks like quite the upgrade from the chips and twix bars we see on the 772. :) I'm hoping this is the normal catering and not something special pulled out for the inaugural.

I wouldn't hold your breath on that one. Is that for C or F?

Thanks for posting those pics.....very nice to see.

I bet those bottled waters go fast in the self-serve area.

Any sightings of Doug Parker, perhaps serving drinks in coach?

Nice. How was 1J? Was Horton in the F cabin or in the back?

1J was great! Now you just press a preset button to get the seat to be a position. The remote control looks like a PSP Vita, and it has a touch screen. It seems a little bit more spacious and very confortable. On the flight 963 Tom was on the seat 1D and Virsab besides him. He was very nice and attencious! Was a great flight and without a doubt it will boost AA to another level os customer satisfaction!

Would have been more classy is the AA execs had coach seats and paying passengers filled the C & F cabins.

Both execs gave up their F seats to upgrade paid J passengers on their return leg.

I have to say, this is quite a lengthy and thorough write up with tons of great pictures about AA's inaugural flight and the 77W product. Take a look: LINK.

Was the seat more adjustable than the current F seat. I find the current J seat to be more adjustable for me to watch movies in than the current F seat.

If you have flown Cathay Pacific " new biz" seats they (AA J) are just like them. I am actually so stoked for these new 77w planes as the business class is def way above delta and united and love love the cathay pacific business class seats. The mini bar is also nice for when u are starving at like 2 am after dinner and cant fall asleep..

Yes, Ive flown the new biz on CX. I was referring to the new F on AA, is it more adjustable than the 772 AA F seat.

You're right, but now you have a little remote that has great presets, including one specially design to watch movies.

Was the entertainment changed from the 772? Im tired of watching the same TV shows for the past 4 months. The movies have changed, but other programing is horrible. Their entertainment person must be on long term leave or holiday, as its sucking at the moment.
