    I'm surprised that they would hire SQ girls who need to be trained in this. If so, aren't they afraid that the training won't "take" permanently and there will be a problem? Or can they later be fired over stuff like this?

    its part of the training program, to understand their/different skin complexities, how to put make up to maximize their professional appeal (including posturing etc).............

    as i recall, they are bonded for 4 years....... then its up to them to stay or move on............. many of the SQ Girl qualities (in the past) are viewed by other employers in the customer service/hospitality industry as being very valuable.......
