    That's kind of too bad.
We have lots of Hilton choices in Philly--not that many Hyatt.

I think another Hyatt will emerge given all of the new hotels on their way to Philly (W/Element combo, A Kimpton on the Parkway, SLS and the new Four Seasons in the Comcast Center). With the new Comcast center under construction and the recent convention center changes there will be a need for more 4-5 star hotels for visitors -

Right now I'm interested in the Four Seasons reflag - it's a block from the new Comcast center so would need to be, in my opinion, a high end hotel.

I stayed at this property a few years ago and thought it was okay. Probably needed to be updated but was clean and staff was polite.

It would be nice if you end up hitting this prediction. Whereas I normally stay at the Inn at Penn when I'm in town, I would be very happy with another Hyatt option in/around Center City.

I wasn't aware of the FS moving until your post yesterday. Afterward, I dug around a bit and saw a couple of rumors that the current location could become a Marriott:

    I hope not.
