I always decline offers to pay for carbon offset when I buy plane tix...just not convinced it really supports said cause.

So I take it you take the money and contribute it to an organization that without a doubt works effectively on addressing the climate change problem?

I figure the plane is going to fly with or without me so what's the point of buying carbon offset? Especially if you already practice green principles at home.

Direct contributions tend to go to causes of my choosing...that said, at home, I do engage in green practices. :)
