So I think I might be in a bit of a pickle...

    Traveling to UK 10/25
    Departing from UK 10/30

Traveling to Germany 10/28 for meeting then back to the UK

My passport expires 01/26. UK laws require passport to be valid during entire stay. Schengen area laws require passport to be valid 90 days after expected departure date. I fall 2 days short of the Schengen requirement.

Will they deny me boarding in London? Will they deny me entry in Germany?

I don't have time to renew.

If you can get to a passport agency office in the morning and beg for an emergency passport issuance appointment that's what I'd do.

You might get lucky and make it in to Germany and back. You might get stopped at either of the other two points you note.

If you were in a city where there is a passport office, you could have gotten one within 24 hours. Unfortunately, time is not on your side. Try and see if you can convince the airline to board provided you show that you will be back before expiry.
