I received an offer to renew my Ambassador membership. In the e-mail, there is a link for more exciting offer. It looks like this:

Is the offer really good or reasonable? Hope the more experience IHG MPer can help with my question. Is it worth it? Which option would you go? Well, I know there is the devaluation for the point stay now. Thanks in advance.
    Cheers!

Depends on if you stay at IC a lot -- in my case I went from RA to just an Ambassador, and now dropped as I stay fewer than 3 times a year at IC. I find the properties to be hit or miss on the benefits.

I stay generally in IC. The 4pm check-out is the charm (since SPG Gold has no guarantee for that.) And so far, my stay at IC in Toronto, San Francisco and Singapore have been consistently great in terms of those benefits.
I was considering to renew with $150 since with $50 more, I will get 10K more bonus points.

That exactly matched my thinking when I renewed at the end of last year.

Ambassador Member Services advises that the 10% points rebate on reward nights is (i) a PC benefit (i.e. not just a rebate on IC redemptions) and (ii) is in addition to the similar 10% rebate benefit afforded with the PC Chase Visa card.

AFAIK the rebate is a benefit of the PC Visa, has nothing to do with status.

As noted above, the 10% rebate offers are two separate offers. One is tied to the PC Visa, the other to Ambassador renewal.

Is this the standard Ambassador renewal offer? I don't spend that many nights at Intercontinentals but it could be worth it for the bonus points and 10% rebate if I'm burning enough points for the year
