We use Ozarka water to boil and make tea. Wouldn’t it be the same if I used sink water since i’m boiling it? Am I just wasting my Ozarka water?

I would ask in a health forum, but I am too lazy to register for something new!

Depends on your sink water. Mine is on a private well. Until we finally found a good filtration/softner system it was no good for cooking. Iron ore and minerals don't boil out.

Some good municipal water systems give tap water that is as good as or better than bottled. However, some others stink.
