    Lake Eola Park
Don’t let all the theme parks packed with giggling kids fool you… Orlando really does have a romantic side, even if you have to veer slightly off the beaten path to find it. Think private helicopter rides over the nightly firework shows, champagne hot air balloon flights at sunrise, couple’s massage rooms lit with candles, and jazz concerts played in an Eden-like botanical garden… just a few of the amorous activities designed to delight Orlando’s visiting couples.
And there’s a ton of romantic restaurants too. Some are out-of-the-way gems that locals like to keep secret and some are on every couple’s ‘Must Dine’ list. This year, make your Orlando visit over Valentine’s Day majorly memorable by booking a table at one of these great eateries and see if food really is the world’s oldest aphrodisiac.
    Splurge
When money is no object, reserve a table at Victoria and Albert’s inside Disney’s palatial Grand Floridian Resort… and do it soon because this place books out fast. This AAA Five Diamond spot is arguably the most high-end restaurant in Orlando (they ask their male guests to wear dinner jackets) and its Chef’s Table is nothing short of legendary. Expect to pay at least $250 per couple for white-gloved service, artful American cuisine, Victorian elegance, and long-stem roses for each lady. Make it a full-day affair by booking some treatments at the Grand Floridian’s Spa, voted one of the country’s best by Travel and Leisure magazine.
    Charm
Steal away to an old Italian villa perched on the shores of a tranquil lake surrounded by an eclectic collection of outdoor art. It’s the Mediterranean milieu, charming dining rooms, and home-cooked cuisine that’s drawn couples to Enzo’s on the Lake for more than 25 years. While you’ll have to travel deep into the heart of northern Orlando suburbia (Enzo’s is in Longwood), the renowned antipasti plate, legendary penne a la vodka, and scrumptious tiramisu will make the trip worth your while.
    Steal
Okay, so the food is pub grub and you might see a homeless person or two wander by, but for the true romantic, that shouldn’t detract from the picturesque scene at Relax Grill on the shores Lake Eola. Enjoy some lakeside nosh like grilled kabobs or chicken fingers and fries. Afterward, reserve a swan boat and float across the lake or stroll the .9 mile path that circles it.
    Go Back
In the heart of College Park, a trendy neighborhood just minutes from downtown, you’ll find a charming little house with an inviting allure. This is K Restaurant (formerly Nonna’s), a quaint boutique restaurant with a handful of dining rooms spread through the home. K is the sort of place that locals come back to again and again because the menu is ever-changing and the staff exude a ‘glad you are here’ vibe. Over the Valentine’s weekend, K will be offering several special prix-fixe menus.
    Have a Cheap Date
Not everyone can or wants to drop a ton of cash for Valentine’s Day. For the frugal romantic, I suggest enjoying a picnic at Park Avenue’s Central Park. Nearby croissant cafes, frozen yogurt spots, and quickie sandwich chains can supply the nosh.
Or…. you can win NileGuide’s Fall in Love with the City of Love contest and you could be spending Valentine’s Day in Paris!

Victoria and Alberts in the Grand Floridian at WDW is a great restaurant. I would recommend it for those special events.

Sorry, didn't see this thread prior to Valentine's Day. The Chalet Suzanne isn't in Orlando, but is only about an hour away by car (or to save time you can use their airstrip). It's a great romantic getaway for a nice dinner, wine and room for the night.
