Wonder if someone can answer this question. I am looking to book ord-pek with AA FF miles and would like first class. It's a 777 and I understand the business class has angle seats - wondering if FC has fully flat lie flat beds instead of the angle seats.

    Thanks
    Pat

I'm fairly certain all true intl F configs on AA are lie flat.

You are correct, and even the older 772s now have the upgraded "mattress pads" etc.

ok, that's the way I go then - as long as it is lie flat that I can sleep

I recommend using the thicker comforter as an additional pad over the mattress pad, and the day blanket as your cover while you sleep - they always keep the cabin so warm that it works out better for me. Of course, you also have the individual air controls on the A and J seats, which is nice.

D/G seats have air vents, too.

Good to know! I usually travel solo, so only know A and J.
