Does AS offer anyway to do online or Twitter CS based re-bookings? Or is calling in the only way?
I used to occasionally post random (positive) notes on twitter about AS and usually received a prompt response from someone. Whether that's merely someone in their social media department or someone with CS power I do not know.
Seems sort of doubtful, but I've always had a short wait time when calling.
