    What a waste of time that was. No real new news and a litany of predictable defences / rationalisations of all the enhancements. Sorry, but what's the point?

    PR and goodwill between the company and MilePoint/BonusFeber. Remember that they work together on things outside of this as well.

    I appreciate Nils's candor and honesty, but telling a bunch of members that cutting earning rates is good for them is always a hard sell. And I'm not convinced that the company did a smart thing by NOT going revenue-based. At least in that sort of situation the high fare spenders would get some benefits from the move.

    The pseudo-rationalizations are insulting and everyone knows they are at best corpspeak. At worst, they're outright offensive to customers. Better to be direct and honest. Cutting earnings are never good for customers, only for the airline.

    At least this guy tells like it really is... perhaps he should run SK too...
