Looks like I'll have about 22 hours in Nassau in early March.

    Looking for recommendations on:

    1. Hotel.

    2. Food.

    3. What to do or see in my very limited time.

We ate at Graycliff and it was fantastic. The restaurant is an old property originally owned by a pirate and the food and service was great. They also have an unbelievable wine cellar below with original doors that are hundreds of years old. It is well worth seeing.

You might want to inquire about a day pass at Atlantis if you want to enjoy the pools and slides.

I'm sure there is something worth seeing, but we didn't really find much there to see off grounds.

This is likely to be a 2pm to 10am sort of visit, so I'm not sure that I'll have time (or, honestly, the inclination -- I'm not a resorts guy) to get out to Atlantis. I'll look up Graycliff, though, thanks for the tip.
