The best way to know what the scheduled product is supposed to be, you can look at the seat map when purchasing a ticket and match that seat map up to what is on SeatGuru or other seat websites.

As you get closer to the departure date, you can confirm the aircraft configuration by going to mobile.united.com and typing in the flight number. If you click on Amenities, it will mention "lie-flat seats" if the aircraft is equipped with them.

I'm not sure where you are looking - but UA0084 is flown with a sCO aircraft - a 777-200ER with the BusinessFirst configuration that Hartmann linked you to. All lie-flat seating in BF, and I can attest that they are good seats, with some great service throughout the flight.

If you have a choice of seats I'd go with 8E followed by 8 K/L/D, depending on whether you want aisle or window.
