I booked a flight for Mrs. jb and myself from GIG_MIA_GIG for next week. the booking completed normally, the price was correct, etc. When the confirmation printed it was for exactly twice the total fare for the two of us. The screen showed correct fares. I called the CP line, but they did not understand what i was talking about. Luckily the true amount still shows online. My credit card was charged correctly. Has anybody ever had that happen? usairways.com also provides no way to enter SecureFlight data. The CP desk told me that waas done at checkin, which is incorrect as I read the rules and as it is practices at DL and AA. Does anybody know how to do that? I asked the online support via email but they have not responded.
