I am posting this is newbies because it probably is a newbie question.

I just found out I have to fly from PBI -EWR next week on a one way ticket. The cost on date I need, 2/12 is $385
One way. When I searched for nearby airports it is $94 to Philadelphia however the plane flies direct to EWR then you change planes to connect to Philly. Are there any consequences if I just toss the 2nd leg on a one way ticket?

I think I read on a R/T they would cancel the return but on a one way?

    Any advice appreciated

Sorry, forgot to mention it's UA
