You don't have to go if you don't want to, but isn't June 1 one day before the SMD4 launch party in DC?
LOL LOL........I took the word "Not Another YYZ DO" from the movie "Not Another Teen Movie" after all the American pie stuff.........
yes its the evening before the DC launch party......... was thinking that since its only 1.5 hrs flight away, i would like to extend my invitation to ya'll to attend too.....
This is YYZ Do #12 or something is what he's getting at. We'd pretty much settled on the 1st a few weeks before the guy announced the LP.
I am in at the moment. Transitioning between projects.
Like between the produce association thread and the geography association thread?
June 1 is the weekend the *A MegaDo will be announced, so that may be a bad weekend. I'd love to come to YYZ on a weekend I can actually go.
But the launch party is June 2nd in the evening.....so there's 24 hours to travel down to DC
Looks like I can be available.
On the CRJ/ERJ... LOL
cool........last call for June 1st or alternative dates..........
pls see Post #1 or events calender for update
I might attend your event but my travel is irregular and I never know until the last minute if I'm going to be around.
Location location location, where do you wanna go???!!
Miller Tavern - South of York Mills Subway Station and highway accessible
Some downtown pub
Downtown Spring Rolls - Bay/Dundas or Queen St W
Unfortunately Against the Grain's area is under heavy construction......very dusty.
Vote for miller
Updated location. More info please see below
It was great meeting the new folks! Thanks for setting this up, GHT
There is of course an alternative mobile 'Do', ongoing whenever you spot me sleeping under my blanket in seat 1A. Simply let the SD know that a double Scotch should be poured into a cup of nice strong coffee and placed within reach of my hands for that delightful moment that I decide to wake up from my gentle slumber.
What's in it for you, gentle reader? And how is it a 'Do'? Well, now, you gain the heart-good-happy feelings of doing a good turn for one of your fellow zillion-milers. What's not to like about that? It's a 'Do' because, having done your good deed for the day, you may now yourself feel free to celebrate with a double of whatever beverage tickles your fancy.
No additional reservations required.
